A newly renovated 4 bedroom cottage on Little Lake, part of the Trent Severn waterway. Enter into the great room with a 30ft cathedral ceiling and exposed beams. Immediately you are drawn to the large stone hearth that surrounds the woodstove in the corner. Flanked with wall to wall windows and sliding doors, this room offers lake views out over the expansive yard and gardens. Grab a beverage from the custom brick bar and watch the day pass by or grab a snack from the newly renovated, well appointed, custom kitchen. When it's time for the family to eat together, you can enjoy the formal dining room. The bedrooms are large and cozy while the master bedroom has a double door closet, sliding glass doors with direct access to the hot tub and beautiful lake views. If you bring your boat to explore the waterways, there is covered boat slip for convenient docking. There is a nice sized sand beach with shallow access to the water for the kids to splash and play as the depth drops gradually. Enjoy an evening campfire at the fire pit right by the water's edge, and then unwind on the deck, or in the hot tub, as another adventurous day at the cottage comes to a close.
