Big beach, big water and big privacy! That is what you get when you come to this property in Penetang. A very quiet road leads you to this quaint cottage that sits atop a very large, gently sloping lot that leads you down to a fabulous little protected cove with a sandy beach! The breeze is always fresh and cool as it flows past the beach, up the yard and through the cottage. This cottage is deceptive in size. A smallish feel on the outside is dwarfed by the actual 1600 sq. ft. of living space inside! The living room is bright, and the size is just right! Did we mention the great view?? The kitchen and dining areas are well proportioned and very accommodating. There is a kids bedroom with a small, enclosed deck for the little ones to play. The second room is cozy and bright. The master bedroom is large, bright and has the water view as well as a 4pc ensuite and sliders to the main deck! From the kitchen, you can go through the laundry room and up the stairs to the “card/games room”. It is the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main living spaces. The lower rec room is simple and spacious and can be a place to read a book, or nap on a blistering hot day as it is always cool. The yard offers plenty of shade throughout the day and of course the sand beach is the main focus. It is hard packed and very large with only 2 other, seldom used, cottages that share the cove. The view is long and wide!
