This 3 bedroom cottage sits on the shore of beautiful Georgian Bay, on Parry Island (bridge to mainland). The crystal clear water is sure to beckon you for a refreshing swim while the kids spend endless hours playing on the sand beach. The bottom here is gently sloping with a mixture of hard packed sand and small smooth stone, with small rock breakwalls between each of the neighbouring properties down the shore making your own private, cove like, area. The great swimming and the perfect spot to enjoy the long sunsets of summer too. Inside the cottage, you will find wonderful wood decor throughout. The kitchen is large and open with a small table for morning coffee while the huge sunroom on the lakeside has a larger dining table, along with couches and chairs. A great area to dine with a view out over the expansive lake, or to lounge about with a good book, or enjoy board games with the family. There is a separate TV area for those who want to catch the big game or watch a movie. The bedrooms are typical cottage size, and the master bedroom enjoys a great view out to the water. There is plenty of fun to be had at this cottage property. Take part in horseshoes, bocce ball and don't forget the chipping green off to the side of the cottage with a supply of clubs and balls available for you.
LOCATION: About 10 min's from the town of Parry Sound on Parry Island (bridge joining to the mainland). Home of the 30,000 island boat cruise, Bobby Orr hall of fame and a number of golf courses.
