This cottage sits elevated from the lake with a pathway and landscaped steps (about 25) taking you down to the waterfront. The water here is quite shallow with sand bottom for great swimming. The shoreline has been kept in its natural state with rocks and trees to preserve the natural beauty of the surroundings. The large deck that looks out over the lake is a great spot for those family gatherings or quietly watching the sunset as it dips below the tree line across the lake and brings another day to a close in cottage country. The screened in Muskoka room is a wonderful spot to enjoy the evenings with direct access to either the large deck or the main living area. Inside, the great room boasts vaulted ceilings with tall windows and is open to the loft area above were you'll find a TV area and single bed. The kitchen and dining area are both open and spacious. After a day of activities you can relax in the sauna and aleviate yourself of any stress that may have followed you here. The bedrooms are bright and spacious with 3 on the main floor, 1 in the lower level and the single bed in the loft area above the living room. LOCATION: About 2.5 hrs north of Toronto. Just min's to the town of Sundridge for groceries, dining, LCBO and more. Glen Bernard camp is conveniently located just down the road and Hockey Opportunity Camp is just 15 min's away. Golf close by.
