This updated 3 bedroom cottage is a great place to bring the family for a vacation getaway. The interior is open concept with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows to allow the natural light to stream in. The large sunroom, with vaulted pine ceilings and pine walls, is a wonderful spot to sit back and relax while enjoying a full view out over the lake. The hammock is perfect for that afternoon nap! There are multiple ceiling fans throughout the living area and all the bedrooms to ensure a cool breeze even on the hottest days of summer. The deck off the living area welcomes you for family meals or for just sitting back and relaxing with your favourite beverage or a good book. A set of small steps and gravel pathway lead you down to the waterfront area where you will find another deck area for lounging while the kids splash and play in the clear waters. There is a set of small steps to lead you into the water from a dock platform where the lake bottom is mixed with sand and small pebbles. You can also jump in from the large T-shaped dock and swim out to the raft for fun in the sun. With the great southern exposure there should be lots of it here!!
LOCATION: About 3 hrs north of Toronto. Just a short drive to the small village of Arnstein for some groceries and gas. The village of Port Loring is just 10 min's away for groceries, restaurant, LCBO and more.
