the income, however you should consult your accountant to ensure
that you take advantage of all the allowable deductions.
- When your cottage is occupied it is much less likely to be a
target for thieves.
- You pay only a nominal fee for internet advertising, and best
of all you pay a flat fee and Water's Edge takes care of all the
details. All costs of marketing your cottage, including advertising
(except internet/directory), long distance phone calls, mail and
courier charges are included in our rates.
