You pay a flat fee of $200 for a period of up to twelve months, which starts November 1 of each year. There is an Internet advertising fee of $75 for a one year full page on our website. This gives you maximum exposure worldwide and includes anywhere from 9 - 30 full colour pictures, all 'enlargeable', a full description of your cottage property, a list of the amenities and facilities, links to websites offering things to do and points of interest in the area of your cottage. So for just $275 plus GST your cottage property can be up on the web site for a year and represented by Water's Edge Vacation Rentals Inc. for up to 12 month's availability. We continue to provide you with the best exposure on the most comprehensive website in the business.

The only other fee to you is the administration fee for each week (or shorter period) we book on your behalf, and it is deducted from our payment to you for that rental. This fee is based on the rental amount, and varies with each cottage.

All rental income is held in a registered Travel Industry Trust Account, and prior to each booked rental period, we forward to you a cheque for the full rental amount, along with a statement providing the details of the booking. We do charge the renter an administration fee of $70 (includes gst) which included in the advertised rate.
