The next step is for you to call us so we can arrange a date to visit your property. We will outline our recommendations on rates, any suggestions we may have to maximize your income potential and our description of your property.

Once you decide to take advantage of our services, you will be asked to sign the ‘Cottage Rental Management Agreement’ and at that point your cottage property will be ‘listed’, and will become part of our active inventory.
