Welcome to this pristine and lovely 900 sq. ft., one level, 3 bedroom cottage on the tranquil shores of Riley Lake. The scenic rolling and winding last few kilometres of gravel road to the cottage starts the relaxation process and once you have arrived at the cottage, surrounded by forest on all 3 sides, you will at once feel one with nature in your divinely private surroundings!

The owners recently purchased the cottage in 2020, it had been completely renovated, top to bottom, indoors and outdoors. They created a beautiful home away from home, offering all the modern conveniences of city life, while maintaining all the cozy touches you would want in a cottage. From the open concept kitchen/living room with a dishwasher, microwave, Smart TV and WI-FI, to the comfy furnishings, complete with a king size bed in the lakefront master bedroom, you will "want for nothing" as they say! 

Another wonderful feature is the screened-in Muskoka room, a bonus at any cottage, but rarely are they this large. Even if it's raining, you can dine or relax with a long overdue book and still be surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.

As wonderful as the cottage is, it was the waterfront that the owner's fell in love with at first sight. Not only is it picturesque with gorgeous Muskoka granite to one side, it sits tucked into a private hard packed sandy cove and you can't see docks to either side, just wide open views to the lake. The large lakeside deck gets shade in the late afternoon, as well as the cottage deck, but the expansive dock pretty much has sun all day with fabulous sunsets at night. Riley Lake is a big lake, but landlocked, so just enough boat traffic to keep things interesting, but still calm enough for kayaking, so with 2 kayaks at your disposal be sure to get out on the water and explore the lake.
