This lovely, newly renovated 2 level cottage is located on a double lot with 225 feet of waterfront on peaceful Lake Waseosa. The current owners had such fantastic memories of the lake visiting friends over the years, that they decided to buy their own waterfront property here and make a dream come true.

The interior of the cottage is bright and cheerful with nautical themed décor and accents throughout the lake facing living room and kitchen. With gorgeous cathedral ceilings in both rooms and an abundance of large picture windows, the owners opened up a half wall with a breakfast counter in between the two rooms to add and create an easy breezy flow. From the kitchen there is a walk-out to the deck, the perfect spot to start your days, coffee cup in hand, listening to the peaceful sounds of the loons. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a dining room round out the main level.

The lower level has a lakeside bedroom and a spacious family room with a comfy sectional couch, TV and a billiard table, a great room to be enjoyed on inclement days or later in the evening. Large sliding glass doors take you out from here to an expansive level lawn, ideal for kicking around a soccer ball or playing a game of badminton.

With a south exposure, facing out onto a wide open lake, you will enjoy sun all day long from the deck, the lawn and the dock! Refresh yourself by shallow diving off the end of the dock or just lounge and relax with a long overdue novel and soak up the warmth of the day as you feel all your city stresses float away. Although there isn’t a public boat launch on Waseosa, this property has a private lane that takes you down to your own private boat launch so you can still bring a small or medium boat if you choose to.

As a busy day of fun comes to a close, gather round the lakeside fire pit where on most warm summer evenings you can hear the kids singing from Camp Huronda across the lake, a beautiful way to enjoy your campfire and bring back childhood memories!
