Welcome to this lovely 4-season, 2,000 sq. ft., 3 bedroom cottage on the beautiful shores of Lake Cecebe. The cottage has been in the owner's family since 1993 and having shared many fond memories over the years with family and friends, their hope is that you too will create your own fond memories with your family during your stay!

The interior of the cottage is warm and inviting and impeccably maintained. The main family gathering spaces all face out to the water, with an abundance of large windows providing soft ambient light throughout. Enjoy tranquil views out to the lake while prepping meals and dining in the open concept kitchen/dining room and then relax with after dinner beverages in the spacious living room. 

The generous-sized bedrooms extend off of the living room with the lake-facing master bedroom having its own direct walk-out to the main deck. 

Start your mornings off on the expansive main deck and/or on the covered ground level stone patios, cup of coffee in hand, as the mist rises off the lake and another new and amazing day begins. With a southwest exposure, enjoy both basking in the sun during the summer, from 10 in the morning onwards, and being spoiled at night with lovely lingering sunsets. The entrance at the waterfront is shallow, great for the young ones to safely splash and play, while the water at the end of the dock is 8 feet deep, perfect for the older kids to jump into the refreshing water on hot sunny days. 

With kayaks at your disposal, enjoy a quiet paddle early in the morning when the lake is at its calmest, and for avid boaters, rent (Port Carmen Marina is a 2 minute drive from the cottage and rents out boats at very reasonable rates) or bring a boat and explore 32 kilometres of scenic shoreline as Lake Cecebe is a 2 chain lake connecting to Ahmic Lake via the lock system in Magnetawan. For enthusiastic anglers, Lake Cecebe is stocked with Pickerel by Magnetawan Lions who work closely with the Ministry each year.

Take a short drive into Magnetawan and check out the local historical museum and log cabin, explore Magnetawan Lions walking trail from the park to the locks or the walking trail across the locks and around the island and don’t miss the large popular farmers market every Saturday from 10am until 1pm in the summer. The villages of Sundridge and Burk's Falls are also just a short drive away, offering quaint Main Street shops to browse in and of course the enchanting and unique landmark of Screaming Heads just outside of Burk's Falls.

End your days with a BBQ dinner back at the cottage and gather round the fire pit roasting marshmallows for dessert, gotta love cottage life!
