Soak in the panoramic views of undisturbed and undeveloped waterfront that make Ahmic Lake a rare gem. From the cottage, deck, sandy beach or dock you will find only moderate development, minimal boat traffic, and pristine water. Situated on a well-maintained, gently sloping lot, this cottage offers stunning scenery and wildlife viewing opportunities. The shoreline is shallow with hard-packed sand and a small sandy beach in-between two docks, ideal for children to safely splash and play, while the end of dock has water deep enough to jump in!

The interior of the cottage exudes a classic charm and warmth, with beautiful views of the lake from the open concept kitchen, living, dining and primary bedroom. The upper level features the kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom, with just a few stairs to the lower level. There, you'll find the primary bedroom, open concept living/dining area and walk-out to the deck. Be sure to take out one of the kayaks to explore the unspoiled scenery.
