This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom cottage provides ample deck space on multiple levels to enjoy the view and take in the cottage life. The larger upper deck is great for family meals and entertaining, while the lower deck sits closer to the water and is a fantastic spot to relax with that morning coffee or finish the day with an evening beverage. There is a small stone pathway and steps that lead you down to the dock (with no neighbours) where the water is clear and deep. The landscape on this side of the property is fairly steep and the stairs are the best way down to the dock. As you cut across this large point of land to the other side of this cottage property (cottage #268 sits out on the tip of the point), you will find a wonderful fire pit area and a nice shallow sand entrance into the water. Great for the kids! When you're not on the deck, this is where you'll likely be.

Inside the cottage, you'll find pine and hemlock flooring throughout, with pine walls and ceilings to complete the cottage feel of this property. Modern comforts such as leather furniture, flat screen TV with satellite, and stylist well-equipped kitchen certainly add to the decor as well. A wonderful Muskoka room, off the living room, is a great spot to spend the time playing cards or relaxing with a good book while you take in the surroundings of cottage country. The cottage is small and very comfy.

A separate bunkie, located within a few steps of the cottage, provides a multi-generation family separate space for the children or in-laws. It is finished inside to co-ordinate with the cottage interior. The bunkie is available for an additional cost.

When not in the cottage and bunkie, you'll want to be out enjoying the view from the deck or splashing in the water with the kids - making memories that will last a lifetime.

ENJOY 'FOREST GOLF' 
A ten hole golf course is located throughout the one acre forest property.  Ten 6-irons are provided (7 right and 3 left), as well as a basket of coloured hollow perforated golf-size balls.  All holes are "Par 4" and consist of a 10" stump with a heavy gauge wire pole sticking out of the stump.  Flags on the poles are marked 1 to 10.  You play the ball where it lands in the forest, and when you are in the rough - You Are In The Rough!!  Pars are possible and birdies will occur with practice, and with a lot of luck you may get an eagle, only to be followed by a triple bogie - or worse!  If you land in the lake, you lose a stroke.  Best of luck - you will need it!
