The owners, who recently purchased the cottage, were looking for the perfect Ontario cottage country oasis that they could share with other family members and friends. When they found this gem, it fulfilled all of their desired checklist and so much more!
The cottage offers 2 completely separate, self-sufficient living spaces, each with their own entrance, comfortably accommodating 2 small families. The interior of both levels are impeccably maintained with the main level having classic cottage accents, such as an open concept kitchen/dining/living area with vaulted pine ceilings and warm wood walls and floors throughout, while the lower above ground level is newly renovated with a spacious flow connecting the bedroom, family room and kitchen/dining area.
The great outdoors at this property, with all that it has to offer, is the icing on the cake! Starting with the breathtaking views of the lake from the main level living area in the cottage, to the screened-in gazebo on the first deck, to the outdoor dining space on the second deck. Then head down to the waterfront and take in the stunning dotted island views from the expansive new dock or enjoy the amazing lakeside sauna with its own smaller dock to jump into the refreshing lake, after your toasty sauna, to cool off.
However you spend your days, the owners' greatest wish is that you enjoy a much deserved relaxing time while you are here and that you take home many lasting family memories when you leave!

Pet upon approval of owner (one small non-shedding dog, 20 lbs or less), no smoking, maximum number of occupants is 8, bring own linens and towels, bring own drinking water if preferred, noise restriction after 11 PM.
