This 5000 sq.ft. property comes with immaculate water views from every room in the house, an ensuite in each bedroom and the best outdoor lounging patio. As you enter the Lakehouse, you are greeted by the high ceilings and mediterraean designs with an open flow throughout the main spaces. The kitchen is exquisite with a large island, 2 breakfast bars, chef quality appliances and the ability to be involved with the group at the same time. Off the kitchen you will find the large dining table perfect for family meals and the living room. Curated to feel timeless and fun, the living room has all the table games one could ever dream of- table tennis, foosball and pool- with stunning blue water views of Oastler Lake as well. 2 of the 4 bedrooms including the primary can be found on the main level, both with their own seating area and walk out to the expansive deck area. On the upper level you can find a second primary bedroom, work area and bedroom dedicated for the younger members of your group. A secret spot to relax can be found around the corner with a sunny reading nook and access to the rooftop patio. Early mornings from the rooftop are the perfect way to start the day, watching the stillness of the water and listening to the birds sing.  

While the inside of the Lakehouse is out of a magazine, the outdoor area is the pièce de résistance! The expansive outdoor deck overlooking the quiet bay, it has everything you need while soaking up the sun. Enjoy lounging on the lower deck in the day and sipping your evening drink of choice under the twinkling lights as the sun sets. With a built in BBQ, prep station and sink- enjoy dining al fresco with your loved ones! While you will be blown away by this outdoor space, do not forget to enjoy stargazing from the hot tub!  

The surrounding grounds of the Lakehouse include a shallow entry to the water as well as dock for when you are ready for a quick plunge. Across the lake from the property, a short canoe or kayak away you can find the Oastler Lake public beach- perfect for a day trip or afternoon picnic.  For day trips away from the lake, explore the Canadian Shield by ATV with Bear Claw Tours. Parry Sound- home of Bobby Orr for the ice hockey fans in the group- can be found 15 minutes away hosting a local Farmer's Market every Tuesday and a 30m observation tower showcasing the famous Canadian Railway trestle bridges and Georgian Bay sounds below. 

A excursion option not to be missed is sailing the 30,000 Island! Daily cruises on the Island Queen, navigate you through the largest concentration of fresh water islands in the world, operating morning, afternoon and adventure cruises. There is something the whole family will be able to enjoy!
