This legacy family cottage built and owned since 1972 recently underwent renovations in 2018 to keep some of the original charm but allow the original owner's granddaughter to build lasting memories with her own family. Now they are ready to showcase why everyone continues to fall in love with the quintessential township of Tiny Beaches! The 1,600 sq.ft. Cottage home hosts 4 bedrooms, a handful of brand new appliances in the kitchen and amazing all day sun. As you enter the cottage, you are welcomed by the airy and beachy aesthetic created by the tastefully laid out floor plan. With an open concept living room to kitchen/dining room, everyone can feel included in conversation whether they are catching up on their latest TV series or helping prep a delicious meal. The 4 bedrooms are neatly spread out to accommodate everyone's restful sleep after a day on the beach.
The deck and backyard are an amazing space to enjoy evening fires while barbequing from the sun-soaked deck. Enjoy badminton games or playing basketball when you are not down by the water. While this property is not directly on the water's edge, it is part of the Tiny charm- one of Ontario's original beach towns. A short 5 minute walk down the road you will be multiple beaches with the sparkling waters of Georgian Bay. Tiny Cove beach is a quiet pebbled beach and a few meters away you will find Cove beach with soft sand and perfect for families! Do you like long walks on the beach? Tiny is the spot for you, spend your day lounging in the warm sand or enjoy cruising the shoreline, try a different beach a day on your trip, the choices are infinite! Enjoy walking out into the refreshing waters as far as you can with dotted sand bars throughout this section of the bay.
Tiny hosts an abundance of local dining options to give the chef of the group a night off, try the "World Famous Dock Lunch" at the town docks or Pie Wood Fired Oven. 25 minutes away by car you can find Midland and Penetanguishene filled with artisan shops and a larger selection of restaurants. Midland is known for their butter tarts, make sure you add one of their many bakeries to your list! Discovery Harbour is an excellent day trip activity, showcasing 19th century warships and schooners.

Pets upon approval, no smoking, maximum number of occupants is 10, bring own linens/towels, bring own drinking water if preferred. Noise restriction after 11 PM.
NOTE: For your convenience, there will be a mandatory cleaning fee of $200 + HST added to your bill so that you don't have to do a detailed cleaning yourself (you are still required to leave the cottage neat and tidy, as well as remove all your garbage and recycling).
NOTE: $50 + HST non-refundable pet fee.
NOTE: Every Thursday there will be complimentary lawn maintenance
