Complete with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and all the modern comforts your group could need. The upper level bedroom is perfect for the kids to enjoy with their own TV and DVD player. With an open layout upper level encompassing the living and dining room it creates an excellent space for indoor entertainment.
The outdoor patio, fresh grass and sandy beach will be everyone's favourite spot to enjoy the sun well into the evening. With access to both Wren Lake and Little Wren Lake, each day invites a new water adventure and backyard games bring a fun element of competition too . A great way to enjoy Cottage Country is paddleboarding at sunset when the waters tend to be the calmest and lakes turn to glass or paddle to the waterfalls.
Experience some of the local favourites like Pizza on Earth, Trading Bay Dining Co. and Robinson's General Store located 10 minutes down the road. Other hot spots can be found 20 minutes away in Lake of Bays, home of Lake of Bays Brewing and Miss Nellies Ice Cream. Every Thursday, Huntsville hosts a locals farmers market with fresh produce, baked goods and artisan treasures. Dorset Tower is open for summer and provides amazing lake views of the area.
For the months when snow angels come out to play and lakes turn into rinks, this property is at the heart of it all! Hidden Valley found 30 minutes away in Huntsville is the best place to learn or hone your mountain skills. For those who are not keen on skiing, enjoy the "Fire and Ice" Trail nightly on weekends at Arrowhead Provincial Park, where they light up a 1.3 kilometer skating trail through the trees. Arrowhead also offered winter hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. The town of Huntsville lights up the night sky with the Eclipse walk, perfect for all ages especially with a thermos of hot chocolate! Across the road from the property you can connect to some of the Ontario Snowmobile trails as well!
Whether you park yourself on the beach with a good book, explore the two lakes or use this lovely cottage as your home base for winter adventures to make the most of cottage country, you will not be disappointed!

Pet allowed upon approval of owner, no smoking, maximum number of occupants is 10, bring own linens, towels supplied, bring own drinking water if preferred. Noise Restriction after 11 PM.
