View Area MapBig Hawk Lake Marina is a 2 hour and 50 minute drive away from Toronto, and the cottage is a short boat trip from the marina. This cottage is BOAT ACCESS only. Check out the town of Dorset (30 minute drive away) for groceries, LCBO, and restaurants. Some great spots in Dorset include Pizza on Earth (great pizza and a small art gallery in the back), Robinsons General Store (for grocery, gifts, and clothing), and Trading Bay Dining Company. 40 minutes away is the town of Minden, where you will find a large selection of grocery, shops, and restaurants. In Minden, check out Kawartha Dairy for some ice cream, Mulligans Pub and Patio, Mollys Bistro Bakery, and more. The town of Haliburton is also 40 minutes away, and here you will find a selection of grocery, LCBO, shops and restaurants like Hook Line & Sinker, McKeck's Tap and Grill.
