This lakeside pied-à-terre is a sweet and cozy spot to enjoy all that a beach vacation in Southampton has to offer without stressing your budget. Spend a week (or longer) nestled in the village of Southampton just steps from the main thoroughfare and beach access points. Park the car and begin your walkable lakeside vacation with a welcoming glass of sangria and a warm greeting from your host and homeowner.

This vacation unit is a self-contained, two bedroom space with a private entrance located in the back of the house. Two charming bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other contains two double beds for a maximum of 5 guests. Pillows, blankets, and coverlets provided, bring your own bedsheets and towels. Pets are welcome but note the yard is not fenced. In-unit laundry, a kitchenette and lots of storage/closet space. Two televisions with streaming services: Netflix and Prime are provided. Gas BBQ available as well. Two chaise lounges and an outdoor bistro table for enjoying sun or shade in the backyard. The yard is not spacious so it's best to plan your croquet, bocci ball, cornhole games etc. for the times you are at the beach. Portable beach shelters are available as is a beach wagon for lugging all the essentials to and from the beach. The firepit is communal so it works best if bonfires are pre-planned through your host.

This vacation rental is situated in a 3-unit house which means you will encounter your neighbours coming to and from your unit. This highly walkable location with clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation cannot be beat!

From your pied-à-terre, you are a stroll away from the boardwalk, beach access points and Gerry's Fries. In the opposite direction you can be on High Street in moments where this quaint cottage town offers old fashioned candy stores with ice cream, wonderful restaurants and bakeries, pubs and taverns, live music, Thursday evening vintage car shows, salons and barbers, cafes, galleries, museums and a variety of intriguing shops. At the end of the day, your Southampton experience is capped off with a stunning display of our renown sunsets.

Parking for two vehicles is available as is additional street parking.
