1-877-218-5370This 3 bedroom Panabode cottage sits right out on the tip of a point of land that faces to the west (cottage #269 sits back along the side of this same point). Enjoy fantastic sunsets from the front deck as the sun sets out over the lake. The property is quite level though not entirely flat, and water surrounds you on 3 sides to give plenty of shoreline to explore.
Most swimming is done from the large U-shaped dock area that is located on the south shore of the point (with no neighbours) where the kids will enjoy jumping into...

About 2 hours north of Toronto via Hwy 400. Just 15 minutes past the village of MacTier which provides a modern supermarket, LCBO, Home Hardware store with a coffee shop, churches (Anglican, Catholic, Fellowship and United), and a library. About 20 minutes to a popular pub-style restaurant. About 42 km south of the town of Parry Sound for most all amenities, and about 33 km to Port Carling cradled between Lake Muskoka and Lake Rosseau for interesting shops and restaurants. Looking on a map, you will note that Healey Lake is located between Lake Joseph and Georgian Bay. Great area for canoeing - explore the lake - for an overnight trip, paddle approximately 8 km to the end of the lake, followed by a 14 minute portage to Georgian Bay and canoe another 5 km to view beautiful Moon River Falls (only accessible by water)
