As you enter through the Muskoka room you are welcomed by the warm light beaming through the wall of windows across all the main rooms. Wanting to provide a space for families and groups to feel comfortable and together the open layout of the cottage will ensure everyone feels included regardless of their location inside. The crisp and clean kitchen provides the chefs of the group an amazing space to get creative! With an induction stove top and all the appliances you could ever want, whipping up your favourite meal on holiday has never been easier! The dining and living rooms flow into one another, with everyone having perfect lakes views no matter where they sit! Off the living room you will find the 3 bedrooms, all designed to provide a good night's sleep to tackle all the adventures in the morning. 

With the airy flow to the property, enjoy sitting in the Muskoka room while the sunsets or take it in from the upper deck that has been recently renovated to ensure your views of the water are not interrupted. For the young adults in the group the Boathouse Bunkie is the perfect place to make their base for the holiday-their own bunkbed and they can talk until the early hours without disturbing the parents! As you make your way down to the water, bring your morning coffee to relax and unwind on the shoreline dock or when an afternoon siesta calls, lay back in the hammock under the pines. Add to your vacation adventures and bring or rent a boat and discover the extensive network (known as "The Big Three") connecting Lake Muskoka to Lake Rosseau by the Indian River, and Lake Rosseau to Lake Joseph by the St Joseph River. The lake also hosts frequent fishing derbies so needless to say avid fishermen won’t be disappointed. The rich cottage history of vacationing on this famous lake is one not to be missed and to be thoroughly enjoyed. Being on one of Muskoka's Big Three with a quiet bay like the one this property is on can be few and far between at this sought after location! Lake Muskoka is extremely picturesque with an abundance of islands and has everything you could wish for in a lake, you can even boat to restaurants.

Being in the Heart of Muskoka head within 20 minutes in any direction for shopping, dining and entertainment! Gravenhurst which is 7 minutes by car or a short boat ride away has an amazing Farmer's Market every Wednesday with up to 60 different vendors, the Muskoka Wharf is home to the legendary Sequin and Wenonah 2 steamships! Amazing cruises around the lake and events taking place throughout the summer. Bala, home of Johnston's Cranberry Marsh can be found 18 minutes away with its own all season Farmer's Market every Monday, daily cranberry excrsions and home to the Kee to Bala for amazing concerts! Port Carling can be found 30 minutes away offering sunset cruises, markets and unqiue boutique shopping experiences. Torrence Barrens Dark Sky Reserve is nearby as well for uninhibited views of the stary sky! If you are after some hiking in the area, Hardy Lake Provincial Park and trail are 10 minutes away for a unqiue boardwalk trail system and stunning lake views! Devils Gap trail is 6 minutes away by car for another day's adventure! Great golfing is located minutes away or for the avid golf pro in the making- tour the multiple golf courses in Muskoka all within 35 minutes of the property like Muskoka Sands Taboo, Fairways at Kirrie Glen, Windermere and Lake Joseph Golf! There is no end to the activities offered in this area; golfing, hiking, go-carts, mini-golf, scenic boat cruises, even sea-plane tours and for the little ones be sure to visit Santa’s Village.
