** NOTE Cottage #1104 – “MALLARD” is adjacent to Cottage #1105 - “LOON” thus making it ideal for extended families who wish to vacation together but enjoy the privacy of having 2 separate cottages. They were both built in 1952 but extensively renovated in 2023. **

Cottage #1104 - MALLARD is perfect for a couple, this inviting retreat combines modern comfort with the beauty of nature.

The cottage features a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, (Built high to take in the view of the lake while having breakfast in bed or relaxing with a coffee and a book). This peaceful getaway has pillows, linens, and blankets provided, though guests are asked to bring their own towels.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything to prepare meals, from stove, oven, and fridge/freezer to a microwave, and both Keurig and drip coffee machines.

Outside, relax and unwind on deck with dining table, patio furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ for outdoor cooking. In the summer enjoy swimming, sunsets, and local hiking and biking trails, and in the winter enjoy local snow shoeing, cross country ski trails, and down hill skiing 45 minutes away. Spend your evenings under the stars around the fire pit. (please bring your own firewood).

With air conditioning and a Hitachi heat pump and two electric wall heaters, the cottage is perfectly equipped for year-round comfort.
