This beautiful three bedroom cottage is located on Lake Muskoka, just a short drive from Bracebridge, and offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and classic Muskoka charm. With three cozy bedrooms and a bonus king-sized murphy bed in the open loft, the cottage comfortably accommodates families or groups, and all pillows, blankets, linens, and towels are included for a stress free stay.

The cottage features two full bathrooms, exceptional fire optic Wi-Fi, and excellent cell service, making it easy to stay connected while enjoying your getaway. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for meals at the cottage, including a stove and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, and multiple coffee options with a Keurig, Nespresso, and drip coffee maker with reusable basket. A water cooler with two bottles of drinking water is provided with lake water as the source for all tap water. Year round comfort is promised with central air conditioning, four ceiling fans, furnace heating, an electric fireplace, and an automatic generator for peace of mind. Additional perks include a designated workspace in the open loft, a washer and dryer, two smart TVs, and a selection of board games and cards for cozy evenings indoors.

Outside, guests can relax at the patio dining table, unwind on sun loungers, or enjoy the hot tub overlooking the lake. There is parking for four vehicles, two boat parking spaces, a public boat launch nearby, and a marina on the lake.
