Welcome to "Beaumaris By the Bay"

Three separate living spaces share the 3.25 acres property with 300 feet of natural water frontage. A classic 1,500 sq. ft., 2 level, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom boathouse, with 3 separate decks, a screened-in Muskoka room and an expansive dock, is the main structure of the family compound on the property. Nestled in the trees, just a short walk from the boathouse, is a 860 sq. ft., one level, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom guest cottage, complete with it's own deck. Both structures have an open concept kitchen/dining/living room with beautiful stone, wood-burning fireplaces. Tucked in behind the guest cottage is a 518 sq. ft. guest suite above the garage, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. All 3 century old buildings were renovated during 2011/2012, maintaining their original integrity of natural building materials, combined with comfy furnishings throughout, to create an ambiance and style of a bygone era.

With so many decks to choose from, start your mornings off on one of them, cup of coffee in hand and take in your stunning and tranquil natural surroundings as you welcome another day in paradise. Your days will be filled with so many options of fun in the sun, with so many areas for the family to spread out and enjoy. The sandy beach, with its shallow entry along the waterfront, is the ideal spot for the young ones to safely splash and play while the older kids can jump off the end of the dock into deep water and swim out to the water trampoline or lily pad. With 2 stand-up paddle boards at your disposal, be sure to get out on the water, especially in the morning when the lake is at its calmest.
