1 hour and 45 minutes north of Toronto and just past Orillia on the northeast side of Lake Simcoe. The small town of Washago is 5 minutes away, with small town grocery store, LCBO, home hardware, ice cream shop and family restaurant. Part of the famous Trent-Severn waterway, with many great golf courses and historic attractions nearby. Shopping and dining close by in Orillia, and Casino Rama is about 20 minutes away.
