The property offers 1000 feet of frontage and east, south, and west exposure, ensuring sun all day long and unforgettable sunsets from the boathouse. The spacious terrace provides ample room to relax, entertain, or enjoy your morning coffee, while the screened Muskoka Room features a three-sided fireplace for cozy evenings outdoors.

Inside, every element of Bumblebee Point speaks to refined comfort and modern sophistication. The main level features a state-of-the-art kitchen with an induction cooktop, dual dishwashers, two slimline fridges, and a Miele oven and convection microwave built into a large island with seating for six. The open-concept dining area seats ten and overlooks the lake, while the great room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and a large sectional for gathering with family and friends. The fully screened Muskoka Room, located just off the entrance, is furnished for comfort and offers the perfect transition between indoor luxury and outdoor living. The main level also includes a powder room and the primary bedroom suite with a king bed, smart TV, and a spa-like five-piece ensuite featuring a double vanity, soaker tub, and standalone shower.

The upper level offers a mezzanine overlooking the great room and dining area, complete with comfortable seating and a balcony facing the boathouse. An open studio serves as a yoga or recreation space and includes a television and board games. This level also includes four king bedrooms, each with electronic blinds, and two full bathrooms with modern finishes. One features a double vanity, water closet, and walk-in shower, while the other offers a standalone shower with sleek design elements.

The lower level is designed for relaxation and recreation, featuring a comfortable rec room with a Mah Jong sofa imported from France, an exercise area equipped with a Peloton and rowing machine, and a kitchenette with a sink and fridge. There is also a sixth king bedroom, a three-piece bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a laundry room for convenience during longer stays.

The boathouse continues the property’s theme of modern elegance. The main level includes a powder room, while the upper level offers a kitchenette and a living area with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing while surrounded by panoramic water views. Outside, guests can enjoy a hot tub with a surrounding deck (coming soon), a fire pit, and direct access to the lake with a lily pad, two stand-up paddleboards, two kayaks, and a canoe. Please note that the water trampoline and the canoe shown in some photos are not included in the rental but can be arranged through the Concierge service.

This property includes all the amenities expected of a luxury Muskoka retreat, including air conditioning in the main cottage, unlimited Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a BBQ, drip coffee maker, and laundry facilities. The property offers parking for up to four vehicles and accommodates a maximum of twelve guests. Pets are welcome.
