Conditions of Rental: 

Pet upon approval by owner, no smoking, maximum number of occupants is 14, linens and bath towels and beach towels will be provided, bring own drinking water if preferred (1-18L bottles will be provided for garage bunkie water cooler), noise restriction after 11 PM.
