Welcome to your Trent Severn getaway, built in 2024, a spacious five bedroom retreat designed for easy group stays and laid back waterfront fun. With beds for everyone (king, three queens, and a double) and two full bathrooms plus a convenient half bath, this cottage is a comfortable choice for families and friends. Pillows, blankets, linens, and towels are all included, so you can pack light and settle in right away. This property is a short drive away from Sparrow Lake.

Inside, you will find reliable Wi Fi, good cell service, central air conditioning, and a cozy wood burning fireplace for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals simple, with an induction stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, kettles, blender, and two Bodums for coffee lovers. A washer and dryer are also available, with detergent included.

Downtime is covered with two smart TVs (85" SMART TV on main floor & 75" SMART TV on upper level with high end surround sound system), a selection of board games, cards, and books, plus a ping pong table for friendly competition.
