Inside, the main cottage features one comfortable bedroom with a king bed and a second and third bedroom located in the bunkie with two queen beds. Pillows, blankets, linens, and towels are all provided, making it easy to settle in from the moment you arrive. Two full bathrooms provide added convenience for your group. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, including a fridge and freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and Nespresso machine. A washer and dryer are also available, with laundry detergent provided. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and excellent cell service, or unwind in front of the SMART TV with a selection of board games and cards. For comfort throughout the seasons, the cottage is equipped with window air conditioning, two ceiling fans, and electric baseboard heating.

Outside is where the true Muskoka experience begins. Spend your days relaxing by the lake, paddling the shoreline, or taking in the peaceful waterfront setting. Guests have access to two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, and a canoe, making it easy to get out and explore Lake Muskoka. After a day on the water, fire up the propane BBQ and enjoy dinner outdoors at the patio dining table. As the sun begins to set across the northwest-facing waterfront, gather around the outdoor fire pit and settle in for a classic cottage evening.

Boaters will appreciate the public boat launch and marina located on the lake, along with two boat parking spaces at the property. The dock has approximately 5 feet of water, providing convenient access for swimming and boating. There is also generous parking for up to eight vehicles.
