Welcome to your Lake Vernon escape, a beautifully equipped waterfront cottage designed for relaxing days on the lake and memorable evenings with family and friends. Accommodating up to six guests across three bedrooms, this peaceful retreat offers an ideal combination of classic cottage living and modern comforts, all just a short drive from Huntsville.

Inside, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms featuring two queen beds and one double bed, along with two full bathrooms. Pillows, blankets, linens, and towels are all provided, making settling in easy from the moment you arrive. The cottage offers a well-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, and blender. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, along with some cell service. Central air conditioning, furnace heating, an electric fireplace, and an automatic generator provide comfort and peace of mind throughout your stay. A washer and dryer are also available, with detergent included. When it’s time to unwind indoors, enjoy two SMART TVs, a stereo system, a selection of board games, cards, and books, or challenge your group to a game of pool. The screened-in porch is another wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or relax in the fresh Muskoka air.

Outside, Lake Vernon takes centre stage. Head down to the dock, where the water reaches approximately 10 feet in depth, and spend your days swimming, paddling, or simply soaking up the sunshine. Guests have access to four kayaks, three stand-up paddleboards, a canoe, lily pad, lawn games, and a selection of adult lifejackets. After a day on the water, fire up the propane BBQ and enjoy dinner outdoors at the patio dining table before settling into the sun loungers or gathering around the outdoor fire pit for a classic cottage evening. Please note that firewood is not provided. Boaters are welcome too, with one boat parking space at the property, a public boat launch nearby, and a marina located directly on Lake Vernon. There is also parking for up to four vehicles.
