The cottage features four comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, making it ideal for families or groups looking for a peaceful lakeside retreat. All essential linens, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided for your convenience.

Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming living space with a fully equipped kitchen featuring everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, drip coffee maker (cone size #4 filters), and blender. The cottage includes two full bathrooms, in addition to a washer and dryer with detergent provided for added convenience. Stay connected with reliable Wi-Fi and excellent cell service, or unwind with the cottage’s selection of board games, cards, and the Smart TV. Please note that the cottage does not have air conditioning, but a ceiling fan in the living room and the natural lake breeze help keep the space comfortable. Furnace heating is available for cooler evenings.

Outside is where cottage living truly shines. Enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings by the outdoor fire pit with firewood provided, gather for meals around the patio dining table, or relax with the propane BBQ after a day on the water. The waterfront features a private dock with approximately 10 feet of water depth, perfect for swimming, boating, and enjoying the lake. Guests can make use of the canoe, adult life jackets, and two boat parking spaces. A public boat launch and marina are also available on Lake Rosseau for additional boating needs.

Please note that the cottage water is not potable, so guests should plan to bring drinking water for their stay. The property does not have an automatic generator.
