On the main floor 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms can be found tucked into the shaded back of the cottage, with a stunning lake view bedroom located on the lower level lending to a great night's sleep in any room. The cottage is equipped with all the modern entertainment conveniences of home such as unlimited Wi-Fi, satellite, Netflix and even has an automatic back-up generator, a definite bonus to have at a cottage! With a newly renovated lower level, this space exudes family fun for all-the foosball enthusiasts can enjoy a game or throw some darts with a spacious family room and direct walk out access to the lawn/lake.  

The great outdoors beckons though, with a multitude of places for the entire family to spread out and relax. The property offers seating in both the sun and the shade, with plenty of sun on the expansive deck and plenty of shade on the gently sloping lawn from a canopy of stately trees. The lakeside hammock is the perfect spot for an afternoon nap while listening to the gentle breeze rustling through the leaves. For the little ones there is a small hard packed sandy section at the waterfront, great for them to safely splash and play and for the older kids, the water is 4 ft. deep at the end of the dock to easily jump into the lake for a refreshing swim or for the more adventurous swimmer plunge off the floating dock into the deeper waters of Brooks Lake. With a paddle boat and a kayak at your disposal, be sure to get out on the water and explore the lake. 

For short day trips, the historic town of Huntsville is 20 minutes away by car, with quaint shops to explore on Main Street and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Arrowhead Provincial Park is just minutes from the downtown area offering great hiking trails in the summer. 

However you spend your days, no day in cottage country is complete without a BBQ dinner back at the cottage, followed by roasting marshmallows for dessert around the fire pit, listening to the haunting call of the loons while the sky fills with a blanket of stars...so what are you waiting for?!
