LOCATION: About 2.5 hours north of Toronto. Between the villages of Dorset and Baysville, about a 5-10 minute drive away to Dorset and a 15-20 minute drive away to Baysville, for some groceries, LCBO, restaurants and gas. Most all amenities can be found about 35-40 minutes away in both Huntsville and Bracebridge. About 45 minutes away to Algonquin Park. Close to great golfing.

Conditions of Rental: 

Pet allowed upon approval (no cats please), no smoking, maximum number of occupants is 6, linens and bath towels and beach towels will be provided, bring own drinking water if preferred. Noise restriction after 11 PM.

​NOTE: For your convenience, there will be a mandatory cleaning fee of $300 plus HST (optional extra cleaning during your stay is avaiable at your own cost) added to your bill so that you don't have to do a detailed cleaning yourself (you are still required to leave the cottage neat and tidy, as well as remove all your garbage and recycling).

NOTE: With this cottage there is a mandatory $2000 security deposit upon booking.
