Welcome to this fabulous 4-season, 1,200 sq. ft., 2 level, 2 bedroom cottage on well-renowned Lake of Bays, right in the heart of Muskoka cottage country!
As you step into Starboard Cottage, you will be greeted by breathtaking lake views from an expansive wall windows it will feel as if you are truly one with nature sitting on top of the lake. The open concept kitchen/dining living room is designed with contemporary charm, featuring modern state-of-the-art appliances, amenities, TV entertainment and comfortable furnishings. The primary bedroom is just off of the main living area with it's own stunning views out to the lake. The lower level has a second tastefully appointed bedroom, a 4-piece bathroom, laundry area and warm and inviting family room with direct walk-out to the waterfront.
As the second largest lake in the Muskokas known for its fabulous swimming, fishing and boating there is a water activity for everyone! For daytime excursions by boat or car, you are in between two quaint cottage country gems, each with their own charm and famous landmarks. For the nature enthusiast, venture out to popular Algonquin Park or Limberlost Forest and Wildlife Reserve for hiking adventures and there are also a multitude of great golf options throughout the region.

Starboard and Port Cottages on Lake of Bays:
Port and Starboard Cottages are located on one property, 200 ft apart, with separate docks and full privacy. Connected by a groomed pathway, they provide the perfect rental for two families or group of friends. These stunning water's edge rental properties across the road from their private 250 acre wooded property available for guest hiking use.

Pet allowed upon approval (no cats please), no smoking, maximum number of occupants is 5, linens and bath towels and beach towels will be provided, bring own drinking water if preferred. Noise restriction after 11 PM.
NOTE: For your convenience, there will be a mandatory cleaning fee of $300 plus HST (optional extra cleaning during your stay is avaiable at your own cost) added to your bill so that you don't have to do a detailed cleaning yourself (you are still required to leave the cottage neat and tidy, as well as remove all your garbage and recycling).
NOTE: With this cottage there is a mandatory $2000 security deposit upon booking.
